Booth Fee

All booths are 10’×10′ (100 square feet) or multiples thereof. The standard booth size is 10’×10′.
FEE: Early bird rate $3,500 per booth (10×10). Price will increase to $3,850 per booth after October 1, 2023.

  1. 10’×10′ booth space rental: 8′ high back wall and 3′ high side drape
  2. Carpeted exhibit hall
  3. One-line ID sign
  4. General exhibit hall cleaning
  5. Two (2) exhibit badges per 10’×10′ booth ($500 for each additional exhibit badge)
  6. Meals as indicated on the program that are served in the exhibit hall
  7. Recognition as an exhibitor in the AACS Final Program Guide
  8. Company logo, listing, and description in the Exhibitor Directory in the AACS mobile conference app
  9. Pre-conference attendee mailing list for one-time use (for those who opt-in)
  10. Post-conference attendee mailing list for one-time use (for those who opt-in)

Extras/Add Ons

During the exhibit booth registration process, you may add the following options:

Lunch with Industry Roundtables

Limited spots! The first 12 companies who apply to exhibit will have the option to host a table in the “Final Exhibit Hour & Lunch with Industry Roundtables.” Attendees will have lunch in the exhibit hall during the final exhibit hour. There are many banquet round tables at which the attendees can eat. A selected portion of these tables will be dedicated for the “Industry Roundtable” session. Companies that agree will be required to host 1 table on topic of their choice. They must choose the topic in advance by our deadline, and the AACS must approve the topic.

The AACS can help the company choose a topic that may be of interest to attendees. By “host” we mean that the company will arrange a company rep or physician to serve as the facilitator of their table. The facilitator will make opening comments about the topic, and then facilitate a discussion among the attendees, answer questions, and come prepared with other prompts/questions to keep the discussion going. The concept is based off of our popular and packed “Breakfast with the Experts.” There is no additional cost for the exhibitor or attendee to participate in the industry roundtable lunch.

Passport to Prizes

Cost: $1,000 + a prize donation valued at $500 (or more)

Increase your exposure to attendees through this game which incentivizes attendees to visit your booth in order to receive a stamp on their passport game card. Each attendee will receive a passport game card with the participating companies’ names and booth numbers. The attendee must visit and obtain a sticker in the appropriate box from all companies listed on the passport game card. Completed game cards can be deposited in the drop box located at the AACS Registration Desk. Game cards turned in prior to the daily drawing will be eligible for prizes that day. Winners will be directed to the applicable exhibit booth to collect their prize. All applicable taxes, shipping expenses and other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company. Only one passport game card per registered attendee will be accepted. All contact information must be completed on the game card to be eligible for the prize drawing. You must email Rachel Ross a description & photo of the prize upon registration.
