The hotel is connected to the Riverwalk outlets in New Orleans’ central business district. We’re a block from Harrah’s Casino and within a mile of the French Quarter, Jackson Square, and the Aquarium of the Americas.

We have been made aware of an unaffiliated company named “NTA Travel” who is calling physicians and exhibitors and pushing them to book hotel rooms through their service with high-pressure sales tactics, to include falsely indicating that rooms are nearly sold out. Please note this company is not affiliated with the AACS and any rooms they sell are not part of our official room block!

Official room block reservations can be made here or calling the hotel directly and those official rooms are not in short supply at the current time. If you mistakenly made a room reservation through NTA Travel and desire to cancel it, be sure to check for any cancellation fees that NTA Travel may charge. If you decide to keep your NTA Travel room reservation, we strongly recommend you call the hotel and ensure that there is a confirmed reservation in your name on file.

  • $309.00 $305.00 (single & double occupancy)
  • $339.00 (triple occupancy)
  • $369.00 (quadruple occupancy)

All room requests are run of the house. Bed preference is based upon request only.

Room rates and availability are limited. The Hilton New Orleans Riverside reserves the right to cancel or modify this policy at its discretion and without prior notice. By booking a reservation with The Hilton New Orleans, you agree to the terms found on the hotel reservation website.

Ground Transportation

The AACS does not provide transportation. Please plan to drive or take a rideshare. There is an Amtrak station one mile from the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle transportation to/from the hotel for an additional cost.

Airport Shuttle: The shuttle fee is not included in your room rate. The cost of airport transportation will be the responsibility of each individual and not paid for by AACS.
