- Final day that exhibit applications may be accepted
- Product/service description due for inclusion in the Final Program Guide
- Exhibitor Information Forms due (names for exhibit personnel badges and to purchase additional badges)
- Ancillary Function Request Form due, if applicable
- A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received by 12/22/23 for all Exhibit Booths. If the 50% deposit is not received by 12/22/23 the exhibit booth will be cancelled.

Final day to submit a video for Product Showcase Webcast, if applicable
January 6, 2024
Last day to cancel or substitute exhibit personnel badges
January 17, 2024
- 100% full pre-payment for all Exhibit Booths must be received by 1/17/24. If payment is not received the booth will be cancelled. The 50% deposit paid is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Written notification of an exhibitor’s cancellation must be emailed to Rachel Ross at rross@cosmeticsurgery.org. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation was received.
The following policies will apply to the exhibit booth fee:
- Cancellation received by December 1, 2023: 50% refund of full exhibit space(s) fee
- Cancellation received after December 1, 2023: No refund
